My name is Ilvira. I was born in sunny Uzbekistan and spent a significant part of my life in Moscow, where I lived for over 22 years and built my career in the banking sector. This experience gave me strong financial expertise, structured thinking, and the ability to build efficient processes.
My life changed during one of my business trips to Germany — that’s where I met my future husband, and soon after, we moved to Tbilisi. For more than 12 years now, Georgia has been my home and a constant source of inspiration.
Here, I founded the travel company My Lovely Georgia, starting with tailor-made tours and personalized routes for each client. Over time, this grew into a full-scale business, expanding beyond tourism into the events industry.
Today, my work includes organizing:

We create turnkey experiences, carefully planning every detail with a strong focus on emotions, aesthetics, and a high level of service.
At the same time, I am developing a second direction — real estate in Georgia. We help clients not only find the ideal property for living or investment, but also support them throughout the entire process, ensuring reliability and comfort at every stage.
Behind every project is a strong, professional team that allows us to deliver results of any complexity.
My mission is to create projects people want to return to — whether it’s a journey, an event, or a new home.

Founded in 2015 as My Lovely Georgia and rebranded in 2023, Well Done Events brings nearly a decade of experience to every gathering.
We specialise in organising and curating corporate and special private events that celebrate achievements, attract new clients, and foster team relationships. With no limits on scale or creativity, we strive to create events that make history.
